As the Glow Ends is a study of light, atmosphere, and the quiet transformation of architecture after dark. Photographed at the Missouri Botanical Garden in St. Louis, Missouri, the image captures the iconic Climatron illuminated against the night sky as the final traces of daylight disappear. The glowing geodesic structure emerges from the darkness like a lantern within the landscape, revealing a striking balance between technological innovation and natural beauty. Drawing inspiration from the luminous color sensibilities of Ernst Haas and the contemplative urban atmospheres found in the work of Wim Wenders, the photograph explores the emotional character of a place suspended between day and night.
